  • How may I pay for my purchase?
    Burton Smith Beef accepts all major credit cards through our website order system. We are not currently shipping at this time. We will deliver all orders in the North Texas Area.
  • If my meat arrives partially thawed, is it still good?
    If my meat arrives partially thawed, is it still good? Yes, your meat will still be good as long as it feels cool to the touch. The quality is not diminished, and because all of our meat is individually vacuum sealed, you can refrigerate or refreeze it until you are ready to eat.
  • Refunds/Returns
    All beef sales are final. Please notify us immediately if your product arrives less than satisfactory and we will ship out a replacement. Please attach picture of product in shipping container so that we may investigate the problem.
